Watercolor on paper Signed and dated in 1878 on the lower left. On the back inscribed in ink by the author: "Province of Navarra / Roncal Valley". Preparatory watercolor for the realization of the chromolithography that was part of the work "Spanish Women, Portuguese and American" that the editor Miguel Guijarro published in Madrid in three volumes with texts by different writers of the time and with illustrations also by various painters. This belongs to the second volume made in 1873, but the date of 1878 would indicate that the illustrations were made in a period probably after the writing of the book. Measurements: 28.5 x 20.7 cm
