FLEMISH SCHOOL (17th century) "Landscape with scenes from Genesis"

Oil on canvas The landscape depicts "The Creation of Adam and Eve" and "The Expulsion from Paradise." Both scenes have been taken from separate engravings belonging to the collection of "The Book of Genesis" engraved by Jan Sadeler (1550-1600) based on the work of Marten de Vos (1532 - 1603) at the end of the 16th century Measurements: 76 x 196cm
